These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VictoryFormation.GG and all related services operated by Victory Formation Madden Inc. (“Victory Formation,” “we,” “us”).

By accessing or using our website, purchasing a membership, or joining our community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

We provide digital educational content including gameplay tutorials, strategy guides, videos, and community access for video games such as Madden NFL and EA SPORTS College Football.

Content may be modified, updated, or removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee content will remain current or effective after game updates or patches.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining account security.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or security risks.

 

3. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

We offer one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. By purchasing, you authorize payment processing through third-party providers.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing cancellations.

Failure to cancel before renewal does not guarantee a refund.

 

4. CANCELLATION

You may cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. You retain access until that period ends.

We are not responsible for cancellation requests sent through unofficial channels.

 

5. REFUNDS

All sales are final due to the digital nature of the content unless required by law. We do not issue refunds for:

  • lack of usage

  • forgetting to cancel

  • changes in game meta, patches, or updates

  • dissatisfaction with results or performance

  • personal preference changes

Refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

 

6. CHARGEBACKS

You agree to contact us before filing any dispute or chargeback.

Improper chargebacks may result in account termination and revocation of access. We may provide transaction and usage records to payment processors during disputes.

 

7. DIGITAL CONTENT DISCLAIMER

All content is educational and informational only. We do not guarantee any specific results, win rates, rankings, or competitive outcomes.

Performance depends on multiple factors including skill, execution, game updates, and external conditions.

 

8. GAME CHANGES

Game updates, patches, or developer changes may affect content effectiveness. We are not responsible for outdated or altered strategies.

 

9. COMMUNITY ACCESS (DISCORD)

Community access is a revocable membership perk. We may remove or ban users at any time for misconduct, abuse, leaks, fraud, or rule violations.

Removal does not automatically entitle users to refunds.

 

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • violate laws or regulations

  • harass or abuse others

  • share or leak paid content

  • use bots, scraping, or automation

  • attempt unauthorized access

  • disrupt the service or community

We may investigate and take action against violations.

 

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content is owned by Victory Formation and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or repurpose content.

 

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, Discord, hosting platforms). We are not responsible for their actions, availability, or policies.

 

13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, outages, or external factors.

 

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or harm to the service or community.

 

15. DISCLAIMERS

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

16. LIABILITY LIMITATION

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, gameplay losses, or service interruptions.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months for the specific service.

 

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Victory Formation against claims arising from:

  • misuse of the service

  • violation of these Terms

  • content sharing or leaking

  • disputes or chargebacks

 

18. LEGAL

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Disputes should first be directed to support for informal resolution. Legal proceedings will be handled in Ontario courts unless otherwise required by law.

 

19. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of updates.
